Alert Feature
The alert feature on the Govox wellbeing platform instantly notifies your nominated support of an individual’s results that require immediate attention.
Alert Feature
Spot early warning signs during check ins
The Govox alert feature notifies employers, managers and leaders when an individual's check in results may highlight cause for concern. People are asked to complete check ins honestly and answer a short series of non-intrusive questions about their thoughts and feelings at that particular time. Unlike any other wellbeing questionnaire, the results of our check ins are not anonymous, meaning you’ll be immediately alerted to the individuals in your team who are struggling. But more than this, organisations can create their own definition of what triggers an alert, whether that's a certain number of red flags, a specific response to a question or a happiness score below an agreed threshold.
Personalise
Personalise the alert feature to your team
The alert feature identifies and highlights need-to-know information about individuals on the online wellbeing dashboard – allowing you to step in quickly where it appears urgent action or support may be required.
We work with businesses, educational institutions and sports organisations to tailor what constitutes an ‘alert’ in that particular team. If you’d like to focus on a particular area of concern, questions for the team’s check ins can be designed around it.
The alert features also enables you to set a particular level of happiness score. If an individual’s check-in results fall short of the set happiness score, an alert will be instantly triggered. Plus, you can set how many red flags trigger an alert.
Personalising the alert feature and your online wellbeing dashboard in this way allows you to remove the noise and get to the people who need support quickly.
Alert feature
Triggering an alert: looking at the flags
While your team, class or sports club may appear happy on the outside, check ins allow you to properly connect with your people and delve further into their thoughts and feelings. The alert feature enables you to pinpoint at-risk individuals to effectively address causes for concern – and there are a number of reasons why a person may trigger the alert feature.
Work, study or competition-related mental health problems present a very real challenge. Your tailored check-in questions can seek to find out more about, for example, your team or class' stress and anxiety levels, low morale and satisfaction, any issues around diversity and inclusion, or work-life imbalance and risk of burnout.
HOW WE CAN HELP
We turn difficult situations into positive outcomes.
Understanding mental health isn’t easy. Using technology and an effective proactive approach, we can improve happiness and save lives in the workplace, education and sports organisations.
- People are invited to check in on a digital device and answer a series of short, friendly questions. This takes less than two minutes and is simple to engage with.
- Check-in results on the Govox wellbeing dashboard instantly highlight those who may benefit from some support, enabling organisations to have the conversations that matter.
- After each check in, the participant will receive their own personal wellbeing report, which offers proven wellbeing techniques tailored to their specific answers.
