Bishops Stortford community club is one of the largest community football teams in Europe, we have around 1000 children playing at different levels and abilities. During the last few years, it has become more important than ever to support not only our players but their families with their mental health and wellbeing.

Since the start of our partnership with Govox, we have had over 300 responses which has given us a great insight, not only into how people are feeling, but also some very helpful wider feedback about the club, this in turn is helping us shape many things across the club.

We have now made the decision to reply to every email that we receive, thanking them for completing the Govox check-in and for their feedback, it really has made a big difference across the club. Amongst some of the responses we have had, parents and children reaching out for more help, someone to talk to and the support resources & signposting provided, have also been very helpful for parents to read and use.

Setting Govox up was very simple, the team were very helpful, and I would highly recommend clubs and companies using a platform like this to support their people as much as possible.
